RETURNS
30-Day Money Back Guarantee: Unsatisfied with your order? We have you covered. All purchases made on www.cleanskinclub.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will only be issued back to the original form of payment used when placing the order.
You must email our customer care team within 30 days of the date of your order being placed to be eligible for a refund. If you contact our customer care team past 30 days of the date your order was placed, you are no longer eligible for a refund or replacement.
By initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company for any purchase, you automatically waive all rights to return the item(s) under this return policy, regardless of the chargeback outcome. This waiver applies whether the dispute is resolved in your favor or not.
In order to qualify for a full refund of the product, all items including gifts, regardless of whether they have been opened or not, must be returned to us. Failure to return all items will result in ineligibility for a refund or replacement on the items not received. Bundles must be returned with all items included. Used Mellow Towels are the exception to this policy.
To initiate a return: Please email with your order number, the reason you wish to return, and which products you wish to return.
- For returns in the United States and Canada: a return label(s) will be provided by our team. All returns will be charged a restocking fee of $5.
- For returns outside of the US and Canada: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties. All returns will be charged a restocking fee of $5.
Our team will provide you with a prepaid shipping label only - you may reuse the original packaging that your order was delivered in, or find alternative packaging to ship your return using the label provided.
Original shipping charges on orders are non-refundable once an order has been processed and marked as shipped. We do not refund shipping on orders where the incorrect shipping address has been provided.
Please return your order within 15 days of the date you are provided with your return label - orders shipped outside this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
All return shipments must be pre-approved by our team, and only the authorized products should be included. Returns sent without prior notification or containing unauthorized items will not be eligible for processing or refund.
MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you are missing an item(s) that you ordered, received the wrong item(s), or if the products of your order are damaged upon arrival- we will gladly replace the item(s) with shipping covered.
You MUST provide our customer care team a picture or video of the items you received and the box it was shipped in to be eligible for a free replacement within 15 days of the date your order has been delivered.
Incorrect Items: Please provide a picture showing the incorrect item received as proof to receive a free replacement and a prepaid label to return the incorrect item.
Please note that opening and/or using the incorrect product, or disposing of the incorrect item's packaging will void the eligibility for the replacement. If there is a price difference between the two items, a refund will be issued in that amount back to the original payment method.
Damaged Items: Please take a picture of the condition of the packaging it was shipped in, as well as a picture showing the damage to the product for our team to review. Please note that replacements are up to our team's discretion and minor defects/packaging damages are not covered.
If you received a damaged item as part of a gift purchase, we do require the order number as proof of purchase, along with pictures/videos of the damaged item. Either the receiver or the original purchaser can provide the requested information to our team for further assistance.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return has been handed off to the delivery carrier specified on your return shipping label, you must inform our customer service team that your return has been completed. Our team will verify the shipping label has been received by the delivery carrier, and your refund will be issued once confirmed.
Failure to confirm your return as instructed may delay the processing of your refund.
If approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of your return receipt, first check your bank account again. Then contact your banking institution or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for return, refund or credit.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
